Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by clear statement. Contact us at contact@shogvaxxkroz.world. You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission.

Return of goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of withdrawal. Products should be returned in original, unopened condition where possible. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Refund

We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Defective products

If you receive a defective product please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
